Privacy Policy
Effective October 11, 2026 · Bakko Armour LLC
This policy explains what information Bakko Armour LLC, doing business as Bakko Armour Properties Collective (“BAPC”, “we”), collects when you use BAPC Social Resources™, how we use it, and the choices you have. BAPC Social Resources is case-management software for social-services organizations.
What we collect
- Staff accounts: name, work email, role and a protected (hashed) password for people who work at a participating organization.
- Case records: information an organization enters about the people it serves. This can include sensitive information such as contact details, circumstances and services received. The organization decides what is entered and who on its team can see it.
- Consent and audit history: records of consent given or withdrawn, and a log of who viewed or changed records, kept so organizations can show they handled information properly.
- Files: documents an organization uploads to a case.
Like most websites, our hosting provider also records basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) to deliver the service and protect it from abuse.
How we use it
- To provide BAPC Social Resources™ and the features you ask for.
- To keep the service secure, prevent misuse and fix problems.
- To send you messages you need about your account or requests. We don’t send marketing email without your permission.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the service is used so we can improve it.
Who we share it with
We don’t sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run BAPC Social Resources™ — Vercel (hosting and file storage), our database provider, and, where an organization turns it on, a text-message provider. — under agreements that limit their use of it; when the law requires; or to protect people’s safety or BAPC’s rights.
Organizations and the people they serve
When an organization uses BAPC Social Resources, that organization controls the case records and is responsible for having a lawful basis and any required consent to record them. We process those records on the organization’s behalf and only to provide the service. If you are a person served by an organization and want to see, correct or delete your information, contact that organization first; we will help them respond. You can also contact us at bryan@studios.com.
How long we keep it
We keep information while it’s needed to provide the service and while your account exists, plus a reasonable period for backups, security and legal obligations. Backups roll over within about 30 days. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Your choices
- Ask us for a copy of your information, or to correct or delete it, by contacting bryan@studios.com.
- You can stop using the service and ask us to delete your account at any time.
- You can turn off notifications in your browser or device settings.
Children
BAPC Social Resources™ is not for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, contact bryan@studios.com and we’ll delete it.
Security
We protect information with measures such as encrypted connections and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.
Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we’ll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know in the app or by email.
